Right, update about Dad. He's STILL in hospital. They were gonna discharge him today, but they have (obviously) postponed it now. Speaking to Ken, he mentioned that it may be because they (the Dr's) are worried about Dad and his stability (he has had four falls in the past 10 days). And, Dad doesn't really want to come home because he doesn't want to be a burden on myself, and more importantly, to Mum. So, there may be a meeting between the nursing staff, Dr's, social workers, CART and myself. But until then, he's gonna be kept there. However, he cannae stay in the hospital for too long since A) Bed spaces are really chronic in the renal ward and B) Dad is really susceptible to infections and he's likely to pick up on the more he stays there.

Thought one really. Personally, I want him to come home because I think he needs to be home and in his heart of hearts, he wants to be home. However, he doesn't want to be a burden - And his coming home would be a burden on all of us. So let's just see what they decide.
