Ah, Boris Johnson... Not content with offending the entire City of Liverpool (to which he had to make a tour of the place and a humble apology), he's now gone and offended an entire Country - Papua New Guinea, after liking them to "Cannibalism and chief-killing)". Oh dear Boris, when will you ever learn?
