I don't care that he used to be a GB hockey player. He's not particularly handsome. I don't think he's a particularly good chef (peppers in a korma??!!). And them Uncle Ben adverts are FUCKING ANNOYING. Then again, boil-in-the-bag rice is a concept I've never understood. Get a rice cooker ppl - They're cheap and rice is near perfect EVERY time (providing you follow the rule of double volume of liquid to rice).
But to get Danny Boone to advertise it? Fecking useless twerp...

I went to a chinese buffet in the week.It was VILE. The rice was all stuck together. Yeuk
chinese buffets.. The only ppl that can do a decent one are the Americans. Even then, it's usually with other oriental cuisines like Japanese, Thai, Korean and Vietnamese...
